Remember, do not dawdle, you only have 30 days to return your parcel to us from date of dispatch (not order date). Please do not wear the item or remove any of the tags if you think you would like a refund. Doing so will invalidate any returns. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item being returned is faulty or an incorrect order.
If, sadly, you decide to send something back to us, please let us know by writing to customer@converte.world so that we can be on the lookout for it. Securely pack your parcel, using the original packaging. Remember to include the return note after completing it, and please complete the ‘reason for return’, as we would like to do better next time.
